TTU is a dream come true for two Long Island women. We’ve always had a passion for hospitality that manifested itself in various industries over the years. Our company strives to provide a bespoke, entertaining, and memorable experience for every single client. As we continue to grow, we’d love to be by your side as you do too! Ibrie & Shannon have been best friends for years, and have worked in hospitality even longer. Ibrie is a private chef, specializing in private dinners, charcuterie boards, and grazing tables. She has 9 years of experience combined from bartending, serving, and back-of-house roles. Shannon has loved her 11 years of hosting events and managing a restaurant. She has worked in venues as small as a local cafe to large gastropubs in Manhattan. Together they combine their powers to provide a luxury service to every single client.
